Documentation

Some shipping documents have to be provided by clients, others have to be prepared either by us or other involved structures. Some countries have special regulations in regards of imported goods, and request documents which are not required by customs authorities of Azerbaijan during exporting of goods. Our specialists will supervise preparation of whole package of shipping documents according to the rules and regulations of the country of destination.

Insurance

In cooperation with insurance companies we provide the insurance of general cargo; machines and cars; personal things; electronic equipment and devices; paint, oils, lubricants, and oil (not in bulk); explosives and inflammable cargo; perishable cargo. Some kinds of cargo, such as fragile goods, glass, optical equipment, antiques, tobacco and alcoholic production, jewels, leather, furs and other specific cargo are excluded from objects of standard insurance and can be insured on special conditions and tariffs. Packing: there always is a posiibility of minor damages, notwithstanding accuracy and caution during loading and transportation.

Safety

Innovative packing procedures and extensive protective measures performed by our professional personnel with wide-ranging experience in the international airfreight industry will ensure safe storage and transportation of your property. We carefully pack any items and consult you in selection of packing material which better allows keeping integrity of transported property: wooden crates, polyethylene packing, air-bubbly polyethylene, foam rubber, plastic and others. We will collect goods from individual exporters and suppliers for packing procedures and warehousing. Supervising services include photo reports, reports on movement of cargo, dedicated person for supervision of loading/unloading process, priority status of cargo, and dedicated warehousing.

Delivery

Door-to-door: pick-up and delivery services can be provided both inside and outside of Azerbaijan by trucks. The customer will be requested the detailed information regarding the cargo, such as: detailed and correct pick up address, and weight and dimensions of goods. When providing the service, the delivery note will be issued to ensure correct and safe delivery of goods.

With total storage area of 12,000m2, our partners warehouse provides following facilities: Cool Storage (temp. to +4 °C, 2 rooms each 21m2, with height 4000 mm, door sizes 1550*2700 mm) Cold Storage (temp. to -4 °C, 62m2, with height 4000 mm, door sizes 1550*2700 mm) Freeze Room (temp. to -18 °C, 45m2, with height 4000 mm, door sizes 1550*2700 mm)
